Description

Justin Kolic, Owner of Ann Arbor Remodeling LLC, will lead our discussion around bringing on new carpenters/staff and teaching them the skills they need to succeed.
  • How much on site vs off site?
  • Who is doing the training?
  • How do you evaluate that lessons are learned?
  • What is the path from carpenter in training to lead?
  • How do you teach soft skills, mission alignment, etc?

The Remodelers Council Chairperson is Curtis Manuel, Owner of Handy Manuel.
The Remodelers Council Vice-Chairperson is Jerry Tyrell, Project Manager, Dexter Builders.
