Invite your team to join us for a discussion of how to track labor and job costs from the field with a focus on project management software, JobTread and BuilderTrend.
 
You should be keeping track of labor, subcontractors, and materials for each job that you perform, but how do you do it? We're bringing three approaches from three different builders to share their experience tracking job costs, and show you how its done.
