Join us for a guided Tour of "The Bridge", designed to be the first Zero-Energy Passive (PHIUS-Zero)-certified multifamily in Michigan, and the first to achieve both Passive House and Living Building Challenge certifications in the entire world. Doug Selby will present this achievement on behalf of our Sustainability Committee.

You'll have the opportunity to see how a zero energy building is made before the drywall goes on. This tour will focus on building envelopes, geothermal energy - passive and active, radiant floor heating AND cooling, and integrated HVAC systems. This is a work site, so please dress appropriately.
