LEADERSHIP & COMMUNICATION FOR JOB SITE SUPERVISORS
Small notepads and pens will be provided. Bring your notebook or a pad of lined paper if you prefer.

What do job site management, teaching others, and positive accountability all have in common? Communication; specifically, communicating feedback. Once leaders make feedback, both reinforcing and constructive, a regular part of operations, everyone gains more confidence to bat around ideas and find the best solutions. The results feel almost magical and luckily there are practical ways to get there. Join us on February 11th when I will be sharing many actionable approaches!
