The home is an infill project in Ann Arbor's Water Hill Neighborhood, and features a myriad of sustainable features, including:
- All ICF construction with all fiberglass rebar
- Net-zero construction
- A 60,000 gallon cistern/heat/energy sink using captured rainwater
- Custom-framed vacuum-insulated glass windows, glazing from Luxwall (local to Ypsilanti)
- Living walls throughout - Foam glass aggregate fill
- Solar collection and battery storage

The home itself is mostly dried in, and we expect to be at the beginning stages of the rough trades when we plan to hold this round of tours.
