The remodel is by Sustainability Committee Chair Doug Selby. The home is being converted to an all-electric\, net zero energy dwelling. This home features many next-generation techniques\, including low-voltage lighting\, energy recovery ventilation\, ducted and ductless heat pumps and a state-of-the-art building envelope. The majority of this tour will focus on the home's thermal envelope and heat pumps\, the two most important steps for a net-zero energy house.
