Using the US Chamber foundation Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) approach\, they partner with employers\, community\, and training providers to form an employer-led collaborative to build a talent pipeline to address worker shortage gaps in the collaborative industry. \n\n\n\nBelow is a 1-page summary sheet to further explain what they do.
